1. Chauffeur-Driven Service Only

All reservations made through this website are for private chauffeur-driven transportation operated by licensed drivers in Saudi Arabia. We do not offer self-drive car rentals under any circumstances.

2. Fixed Per-Vehicle Pricing in SAR

All published fares are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) per vehicle for the specified route and vehicle category, inclusive of fuel and standard highway tolls. Routes marked as “Custom Price” or “Request a Quote” are priced individually by our dispatch desk based on distance and duration.

3. Payment Policy

Unless otherwise agreed for corporate accounts, payment is settled directly with your assigned chauffeur in Saudi Riyals (SAR) upon pickup.

4. Passenger & Luggage Capacity

Customers must select a vehicle category that accommodates their total passenger headcount (including children) and luggage bags: Sedan Car (up to 4 passengers), Hyundai H1 Family Car (up to 7 passengers), GMC Yukon Luxury SUV (up to 7 passengers), or Toyota Hiace Grand Van (up to 12 passengers).

5. Free Modifications & Cancellations

Flight delays are monitored free of charge when a valid flight number is supplied. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify our dispatch desk via WhatsApp (+966 50 714 5597) or email (ahsannawaz913@gmail.com) quoting your Booking Reference ID.
