When you submit a reservation through our Umrah Taxi Booking System, we collect only the information necessary to coordinate your private chauffeur transfer: your full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger/luggage count, and optional flight or hotel details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to assign a licensed chauffeur, monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups, send your booking confirmation via email (ahsannawaz913@gmail.com), and prepare your optional WhatsApp confirmation message.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

All booking records are stored securely inside our protected database and are accessible only to authorized dispatch administrators. We never sell, rent, or publicly expose customer booking details to third parties.

4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Communication

When you click the WhatsApp confirmation button, WhatsApp opens on your device with your pre-filled booking summary so you can review and manually send it to our dispatch number (+966 50 714 5597).
